Christmas 2010 post #8 Last Day

We had Sunday Dinner at Ivan & Annette's house.

We enjoyed just relaxing and visiting with everyone.

It was so cold while we were there. This is the scene when we left.
We had such a fun trip, We love being with family.

Christmas 2010 post #7 Sourdough Pancakes!

New Years Day after we slept in of course, we went to Dan & Maureen's for Dan's famous Sourdough Pancakes and Maureen's homemade chokecherry syrup.

Christmas Post #6 New Years Eve

We drove to the other side of Idaho to spend a few days with my family. First stop Ben & Karen's where we spent New Years Eve. Everyone came over. We played games, ate good food, & enjoyed one another's company.

Christmas 2010 post #5

Off to Nampa to spend some time with the Sedricks. First stop was at Becky & Derek we had fun with Sedrick & Cody we also enjoyed learning how Derek makes pens. Sarah talked her uncle into making her a pen, what a nice guy.
Next we spent some time at Jeremy & Olivia's, the kids gravitated towards the Wii of course.

Savanna took a liking to me, but when Aunt Becky was around I couldn't compete.
Joel hung out with his uncle Shaun wrestling, riding bikes, & flying RC helicopter.
Our ski trip to Bogus Basin. The kids loved it. We all split off, so we saw the older boys only once. After a few runs with Shaun & I, the older girls went on their own.
Aleena & Isabelle would not stop, They wore us out.
The one glimpse of the boys as they came in for food & warmth.
One night The moms had a night on the town. We had a fun time visiting with each other.

Here are some of the fun things we did while we were at Chad & Melissa's.
We went sledding
It was so icy you could sled on your feet.


Alex decided to use Sarah as a sled.

Uncle Mitch taught everyone the Slapping Game.
Nothing like a little family togetherness.
Of course we had to take a trip to Temple Square to see the lights.

Christmas morning, the kids got us up bright and early and we all came down to see what Santa left by the stockings. Since going skiing was a big part of their Christmas present they knew not to expect a lot nevertheless they were all thrilled with what they got.
Shem got clothes and a new hard drive for his i-pod.
Sarah got a new winter coat, and drawing supplies.
Isabelle got an art kit and a drawing easel.
Aleena got a fuzzy orange blanket and a rubix cube.
Hannah got a monkey pillow pet, fingerless mitten gloves, & slipper socks.
Dan got an RC helicopter and this blanket that his sister made him.
